Yes. Every VA goes through Delegated AI Academy, which covers GHL workflows, funnels, pipelines and GHL's AI tools, plus ChatGPT and Claude. They also pass an AI interview and two human interviews before you ever meet them.
Do I get to interview my VA?
Yes. After you sign up, we match you and you interview your shortlisted VA before they start. If they're not the one, we bring you another.
What happens after I sign up?
Nothing is charged today. You go straight to booking your match call, we go through your clients, tools and hours, and you interview your shortlisted VA. Your first month is charged on your VA's start date, 7 days after signup, and every month after on the same date.
Is the first week a free trial?
No. Checkout shows "7 days free" because that's the week we use to match and introduce your VA. Your VA starts working on the day your first month is charged, so you never pay for days you don't get.
What's the difference between part-time and full-time?
Capacity. Part-time is 20 hours a week, about 4 hours a day, and suits agencies with up to around 5 clients. Full-time is 40 hours a week and covers your whole business day, so your VA can own fulfillment and client support end to end.
Can I put my VA on my clients' accounts?
Yes. That's how most agencies use them. Bill your clients for GHL management, and your VA does the fulfillment.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No minimum term. It's month-to-month, and you can cancel with 14 days' written notice. You accept our client services agreement at checkout, in the same step as payment.
What does the 90-day guarantee cover?
If your VA isn't the right fit at any point in your first 90 days, tell us and we replace them with another screened, Academy-trained VA at no cost.
